S.T.E.M. Camp
Ages 9-12
New for 2026, our Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics camp is for students aged 9-12 that are interested in how and why all the fun things they do in camp work the way they do. While this camp will include typical camp activities, the focus is on the STEM behind those activities, as well as introducing fun and exciting concepts and projects through the camp week.
This camp will include both indoor and outdoor activities, so that campers have the opportunity to learn about and participate in theoretical as well as practical / applied science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
The fee includes materials that will be part of projects that can be taken home, as well as a rental bike for a day. Note that this is not a bike camp, and the biking STEM activities will only require the ability to ride a bike comfortably without training wheels.
This camp is led by our Program Manager, who has a strong background in sciences (B.Sc., M.Sc., over 15 years work in the field) and years of experience with coaching and instructing. She is assisted by an experienced returning counsellor with a solid STEM background.
